1. Place items in shopping bag



How to place an item in your shopping bag?
Visit the product information page and select the desired size, color and quantity. You also have the option to send the product to yourself, or a recipient. If you would like to gift box your item, please click yes. Once you have completed your selection, click the “BUY” button. You will then be taken to the shopping bag page where you’ll see the item in your shopping bag.

How do I view the contents of my shopping bag?
You are able to review your order by simply clicking “SHOPPING BAG” from the navigation bar at the top of the page.

How long will my items be reserved in my shopping bag?
We can only reserve the items in your shopping bag for one (1) hour after they have been selected. After an hour, your items will remain in your shopping bag but will not be guaranteed to remain in stock.
We recommend you submit your order as soon as possible. You can do this by selecting “SUBMIT” at the bottom of the page.

How do I send items as a gift?
From the shopping bag, you have the option to request a gift box, add quantity or delete a particular item. For each gift item, please be sure to check "Gift box" and click the "UPDATE" or "CHECKOUT" button at the bottom of the page. You will be able to add a gift message during the shipping step.

How do I add additional products from the shopping bag page?
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and check the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button. You can now continue shopping at Ego Luxury Store.
How do I delete items from my shopping bag?
Check the "delete" box that is located in the shopping bag page and continue by clicking the "UPDATE" button below.

How do I change quantities of an item?
Change the number in the quantity box and click the "UPDATE" button. Your quantities will now be updated.

How do I apply a promotional code?
To apply a promotional code to the subtotal, enter the code in the designated box and then click "UPDATE" below. Your new subtotal will be updated.

How do I confirm the availability of items in my shopping bag?
The status field located in your shopping bag will state if the item is in stock. If an item is not available, the following sentence should appear in red, "One or more items in your Shopping Bag has gone out of stock. Please remove these items from your Shopping Bag".

2. Registration / Sign-in


Here you will be prompted to create an Ego Luxury Store account or access your existing account.

New Customers - If you are a new customer, you can quickly establish an account by entering your email address, then clicking on "I am a new customer and want to register." Then type in your shipping and payment information. For additional information please, click Register.

Return Customers - Returning customers will be asked to enter their email address. Then click, "I am a returning customer, my password is:" button and enter their password.

3. Enter / View Billing Information


Enter/verify your billing information and select "Continue" at the bottom of the page. For additional information, please click Billing & Shipping Information Settings.

4. Enter / View Shipping Information


If you wish to change your shipping address, shipping method or enter a gift message you can do so at this point. Once you select "CONTINUE" you will arrive at the Final Checkout page.

5. Final Checkout


You have the opportunity to view your order and to make any last minute changes if necessary. Simply click, "SUBMIT ORDER" and your order will placed.

How will I know if my order was received?
The following message should appear, "Your order has successfully been placed." An order confirmation email will be generated shortly after you submit your order.

Shipping Methods: International Shipping

Ego Luxury Store offers worldwide international shipping by EMS, DHL and Fedex. All international orders over USD $100 receive free shipping. Orders less than USD $100 are charged the considered shipping charge, except for Canada, which is always free. Typical transit time is between 5-15 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery.
